Personally, I am looking OSRS GP forward to playing on my mobile device. I think I could manage the game in that capacity but sitting in a recliner and playing it just isn't my thing. Even more so when there are so much other games to choose from.

This could lead to further discussions about the portability. With the success of Nintendo Switch, it's not hard to see why mobile could be a great option to draw people. Jagex might be able to make Runescape more mobile-friendly if it starts to orient Runescape toward them.

Also, I think RS mobile games would be vastly different from most - both mechanics-wise and also because it was developed online. Online players would have better functionality however that could be my narrow view. I don't think I'd want to risk my stuff going bossing and/or PVPing.

You can also wait for 10 seconds before logging out, which I find somewhat odd on mobile. If you need to get something done quickly, most mobile games let you exit and re-enter the game. If you're fighting a monster you need to wait until it is defeated, then get out of the aggro area, then wait for 10 seconds before you quit. It's a hassle, but it will make PVM/PVP play on mobile devices very different to every other game. It is not known how new players would respond to this.
